Kris Gethin 12 wk HC program - progress

I haven't taken too many pictures of my progress (not every week that is).

As stated before. I'm only following the training 100%. I do less cardio and am not dieting to loose too much weight.  I do have 6-8 meals however ;).

These images were taken 11th March at aproximatly 89kg and ~11-12% BF. Now I'm a bit under 87kg with a bit lower BF%. Don't know what it is yet as I haven't measured it yet..







So .. after two weeks with less cardio then specified and a diet to maitain my body weight I STILL managed to drop 2 kg ;).

Doing Kris Gethin's 12 week transformation program again

This time with more supplements then the first time and less cardio ;).

I'm not trying to loose weight but will try to gain muslce mass while retaining the current BF % or maybe loosing a % or two ;).

I'll eat for bulking and only do 20 - 30 minutes of cardio daily instead of doing it 40 - 60 min as Kris says. If I'll notice that my muscles are not growing I'll drop the cardio to 2-3 30 min session per week.

We'll see what happens.

Arnold Classic 2012 | Miha Zupan & Brigita Brezovac

It's all over and Slovenians had a great outcome.

Brigita Brezovac was 6th on her first Arnold classic as a pro.
How about that huh?!

And now for men's amateur bodybuilding 100K and our Miha Zupan. He placed third.

Big inspiration from both of them and congratulations!
