So, today I'm going to do something stupid :/. I'm going to risk my shoulder injury again. I'm going to play a game of rugby ;).
Hopefully I won't get an injury so I can continue with my plans for October's competition.

A little update..
Two weeks are gone and it's time to update my blog a bit.
I've decided to change my routine again. As I see it, my body responds very well to different routines. I mean. I keep it guessing all the time so it has to adapt all the time, thus I'm still growing and I'm also loosing some fat now ;).
I increased my cardio to about 20-25 min 4-5 days a week. That's extra cardio. I've also got my daily walks with my dog ;).
So.. now I'm doing 5x5 routine. I'm going to give it a try for about 4 weeks and then I'll see if my max weights have gone up or not. I'm doing a mix of 5x5 and Layne's P.H.A.T.
I'm now down to ~87 kg in a preety decent shape I think.
